The mission of the Advanced Training team is to increase professionalism and elevate law enforcement in Arizona through relevant, current and accessible training.  The Arizona POST is committed to developing and maintaining the highest standards of the policing profession with an emphasis on Leadership in Law Enforcement throughout the state.
